What that looks like to me is a virtual domain on the server, or just an
A record in your DNS pointing to an IP, with nothing in the site
settings as an email alias.

I see the same thing in my log for a domain I bought and just added
through an included .conf file to point the domain to another site, but
didn't set it up for email. When some spammer tries an old address on
that domain, I see it in my maillog.
