I'm still not clear on where the problem is. My RaQ4 has all recent
patches and, as I explained in my earlier post, does not prevent another
siteadmin from uploading and overwriting files owned by another
siteadmin on the same site.

I'm not sure this is entirely related to Cobalt patches and could be
related to some other modifications or packages that were installed.

If any of those having this problem have installed *any* non-Cobalt
package, I suggest they list them here so notes can be compared.

Patches or not the problem is related to and can only be controlled with
appropriate settings for the permissions, file ownership and group
ownership.
