No problem, mine is taken from my server company UK2, but the priciples are
there.

I have to allow them access for certain things, so it shows their IP's that
I allow.

I have placed the two scripts at:
http://www.firstwebspace.com/raq/firewall-on
http://www.firstwebspace.com/raq/firewall-off

On another machine, i use http://www.pointman.org/PMFirewall/ which is free
and configures the firewall by running a question and answer script.

The results are much the same as the ones shown on firstwebspace.
