We have a rack of RaQ's (!) and their temperatures vary from around 30oC up to 45oC, and load on the servers affect them greatly.
The RaQ3's dont have a CPU cooling fan as such, they use one of the back fans directed over the CPU, so heavy load will have an effect on temperature.
The highly loaded machines we have are generally sitting at 41oC, with fully working fans (all silicone greased and smooth!), in our datacentre (air conditioned room).
