[cobalt-users] Puzzler Need Big Help

This is the scenario.

Installed open webmail 1.70 on multiple raq2s.  Customers started 
complaining that the servers were slowing down and then got to a point 
where connections just timed out.  Got so bad that we removed the 
openwebmail and restarted the servers but the same thing continues.  I 
called tech support and they went into the server and said everything 
looked ok. Said that there were some users with a lot of mail not that big 
of a deal.  Problem is that this is happening on multiple machines 
including one with only about 40 user accounts total.  Nobody can get any 
size of attachments through.  The mail server continues to function 
properly in that new messages continue to come in to the system.  From an 
outside network dsl connection I tried to connect to an account where I had 
sent a small e-mail with an attachment and could not.  The mail program 
just times out.

If I remove the users email things work until an attachment is received and 
then the whole process starts all over again.  Any ideas?
