Are you sure it won't work? I just installed it on one of my Raq2's using:
/home/perl5.6.1/bin/perl -MCPAN -e 'install Net::SSLeay'
In case you didn't notice, I've got a newer version of Perl installed on
/home so that it won't mess with the GUI. Just a WAG, but maybe it won't
install because of the older version of Perl?
