On a newly-restored RaQ4 we've got an active monitor light blinking red,
though nothing in active monitor is red or yellow, and there's no mail
being sent to admin with any problems.
We've of course rebooted, etc., usw.
Can anyone explain what triggers active monitor "red" status so we can
look at individual services manually?
