If Rackshack.net really thinks that you have to restore a system to
replace a single binary, then you shouldn't be colocating there <wry
grin>.
We can fix apache without rebuilding your RaQ, but so can you. Find out
what version you had (based on the updates you installed) then have
someone with the same revision level send you a copy of the file.
If you still get the error it's something else, and the fix becomes a
bit more complex.
