I still don't see how to get the "admin" email this way; the "admin"
email isn't specifically connected with any domain; the only place I
find it referenced is in the administrator section, and the place there
to forward mail doesn't forward the entire admin account, only certain
messages.

See my later posting to the list. In fact my method
doesn't work for the user called "admin". This is
because there is no entry for the "admin" user
In the any User Management panel like there is for
all other users.

For the "admin" user you have three alternatives,
use the method suggested by Geral and manually add
an e-mail alias to the /etc/sendmail.aliases file,
2, create a .forward file in the home directory of
the admin user to forward their mail or 3) create
a .procmailrc file in the home directory of the
admin user and include eithir/or a DEFAULT entry
or a recepie that forward mail for the admin user.
