[cobalt-users] Install Pakages

OK, Last stupid question for a while (i hope)
i downloaded so PKG files from the cobalt site to patch security holes, and 
i can't figure out how to install them
(i'm a solaris guy usually) and the pkgadd command doesn't work on the Cobalt.
