Boot to the CD on another computer, and then turn on the cobalt (must be on
a network and have oneof the 6 supported nic cards).  Cobalt's recommended
way is to use a cross over cable.

how do you load the OS from a CD if the box doesn't have a CD-Rom drive?

i want to start over from scratch with the new OS i have the CD for but 
can't figure out how, and the instruction book isn't much help.
