Hi, I suspect the file that has the bad entry is:
/etc/logrotate.d/apache
Look for a duplicate to the
/var/log/httpd/access {
line, I'm guessing that you'll have two blocks of instructions for the same log files.
Strangely though I'm running a RaQ3 also, and mine upgraded without problem, even after i've tweaked about with our RaQ's till they sing and dance for me ;)
