That file is;
/usr/admserv/html/.cobalt/sysManage/index.html
So I wonder why it looked in /etc
And where did it get htdocs form?
Do you have a file
/etc/admserv/htdocs/.cobalt/sysManage/index.html
As it might be brosoft custom
