Ahhhh.

I suggest you check the information on the 'unsupported' upgrade of Cobalt ROM's, sounds like an attempted kernel 2.4 upgrade thats gone wrong.
Unless you have a soldering iron and rom programmer handy I think its bye bye raq.

Check info on the romtools at ftp.cobaltnet.com/pub/users/thockin/2.4/
