I've been through this one today on my XTR (as well as rebuilding the
thing almost from scratch!).

The best thing to do is to upgrade to the newest version of ChiliSoft
ASP, which will fix this problem and alson give you the SpicePack as a
bonus.

You'll need the serial number of your box in order to download it,
which you can get by searching for the string 'serial' in the file
that's created by going to Maintenance|System Information|Diagnostic
Information and then pressing the Download Diagnostic File button.
It's a fair way down the file.
