[cobalt-users] Sendmail problems

I am having problems with sendmail on a Raq XTR. Since the Raq is on my
internal network I am using it to relay mail by using the server's internal
IP address. For some strange reason, the server sometimes immediately
responds and sends the mail. At other times, the server will not send the
messages, and the connection times out. Does anyone have an idea of what may
be going on? I have added all of my internal IP addresses to the /etc/hosts
file, and it is being looked at before bind. If it helps any, I am also
unable to access the site using the public IP address or domain name for it
from within my network, but I can access it fins from the internet.
