Depending on when your RAQ was built, I would think that determines how many
of the patches were applied. I would think that several RAQ's are all built
at the same time, placed in storage and shipped when ordered, so yours may
have been built before other patches and updates were created. When I got my
RAQ4 in April, I think there were 4 or 5 patches applied and I needed to
apply the rest. Just like if you were to build a brand new desktop pc and
install the OS on it, the first thing you should do is got the OS
manufacturer and check for patches and updates.
