I don't know if that is helpful for you but here is
link, explaining how to install Apache from source
on a Raq2. I just did it with Apache 1.3.26 and PHP
I don't know how the httpd.conf looks on a Raq3/4
since i don't have a Raq3/4 but maybe it gives
you an idea.
