ouch, I got the same thing when trying to update the ASP from Chilisoft.
Finally I had Chilisoft go in and delete the old files before loading the
new ones.  It seems that the problem was that the upgrade wasn't compatible
with the version I was running.  Make sure you have all of the other updates
first and try again.
