Relaize, if his email domain is something like AOL, everyone from AOL can use
your server
If your client is going to keep his old email address, why does he need to
use your server for email? Have your server forward to his email address.
He should just keep doing his email the way he always did?
The domain of his email address, may not be the domain of his ISP.
Look at /var/log/maillog and the errors and his login, to determine what is
going on (what domain he is logging in as)
Post the errors to the list and we'll have a look
