Fixed the bound problem.... there were multiple listings of the IP
address to bind to the FTP Server? Found the fix in knowledgebase and
took them out.

66.33.30.189:21 to server 'ProFTPD', already bound to 'ProFTPD'. Jun 20

This is going on constantly with every IP address on the server.

I also get this too:
