I wouldn't move the DNS entries as long as you're going to keep both
systems.
If you move the DNS entries you've got create a new DNS servername and
tell the registrars of 100 domains.
Instead continue to host all the DNS entries on the same system you're
using now. Just change the IP#s. Do that by search-and-replace with
the /etc/records file, then "save changes" as Bruce points out in
another reply.
Of course if you've currently got only one server hosting DNS here's
your chance to run a secondary server on a separate box. If you need
help on doing that please post again.
