Nope - haven't had to use it, thankfully. One of these days I plan to mess
with it and figure it out so I don't have to do it on the fly if I am ever
doing it for real, but I am under the impression that others on the list
have successfully used it. If nothing else, many people appear to use the
CMU without too many problems...

The procedure certainly seems straight-forward enough.

FYI - if bandwidth is a concern, and you have a colo space, you could setup
a LAN using the second NICs in the RaQs (assuming you have them). Then you
could FTP between them without incurring bandwidth charges, or you could
setup a machien only on that LAN to act as the recipient FTP server.
