[cobalt-users] RaQ4 low on memory with 25 virtual sites, whats wrong?

Some specs of my RaQ4:
- Raq4r
- 256 mem
- chiliasp, php, mysql, perl5

I got a message from the machine reporting low memory with the following
data - later the kernel crashed.

Total memory is:	389008 KB
Used memory is:	377660 KB
Free memory is:	11348 KB
Percent used is:	97

There are 25 virtual sites generating a maximum of 21.000 pageviews
(700hits) per day - mail usage is low with the exception of some larger
one-time massmails. Only one virtual site uses ASP, a couple use
CGI-scripts, PHP is used for a few. MySQL is used by a few sites too. At
night time there just a few cron jobs - one cobalt backup (2-day
accumulative), webalizer and weblog for a total of 2 sites.

Considering the above, is the memory use above reasonable? How can this
be further analyzed? How can I see the actual use of memory by various
applications (top is unclear)? Could there be something wrong?
