When you do maintenance on the old rootdomain from the control panel do
you see the details of the new one or the old one? How to check? This
might work.... create a new user under the old root domain, and check
/etc/mail/virtusertable to see if the user shows up as belonging to the
new or the old domain.

There's a copy of meta-verify out there somewhere that should rebuild
the database from the sites actually on the RaQ, but it may not rebuild
the site-management interface files.

I'd search the archives for meta-verify and see if there's one out there
that will rebuild your RaQ from the actual sites.
