Only if you'e forgotten to ftp it as a text file. And it's not really
one line; it's just that many (not all) windows programs don't know how
to understand the linux line-end.
unix2dos and dos2unix do the conversions, though, so if you've forgotten
the conversion when you ftp'd it, you don't have to ftp it again.
