You can use wordpad to edit any text file on your RaQ. You have to ftp
it to your local system as a text file, open it as a text file, save it
as a text file, and then ftp it back to your server as a text file.
Usually easier to edit it on your RaQ, but the choice is there. I find
"joe" an extremely easy text-editor to use; it's very WordStar like, for
those of us who are at least as old as dirt <smile>, and the secure
version is available via anonymous ftp from ftp.nobaloney.net.
