I can't advise on that; it'll have to be your decision. Are you more
familiar with webmin? Then perhaps it's the right tool for you.
But once you start using it, you won't be able to easily go back to the
Cobalt gui.
Personally, we use the Cobalt Gui on our RaQs (we don't use Qubes),
except when we need to do something specific from the command line; then
we use that.
