Sorry for the mistake; I meant "diff".

Here's what my srm.conf file's lines look like:
# PHP4 (backwards compatible with php3)
AddType application/x-httpd-php4 .php3
AddType application/x-httpd-php4 .php4
AddType application/x-httpd-php4 .php

Your assumption is correct.

My commented out lines are for source.

The line:
UserDir web
is a valid line.
