You can try this:
formail -s /path/to/sendmail new@xxxxxxxxxxxxx < spoolfile
where:
: /path/to/sendmail should be changed to your actual path to sendmail
: new@xxxxxxxxxxxxx is the email address you would like to forward the mail
to
: spoolfile is the existing mail file when the email is "stuck"
This may or may not work for you, though it works for me.
I use to send email from one mbox to another recipient. Thanks to the
person who first posted it for me months ago.
