Hello David.
My Sever is Raq4, the logs are the ones under /var/log that include:
message
maillog
lastlog
.etc
In that directory I used to have each day maillog compressed to the format maillog.daynmuber.gz for each month, and on the next month a new backups are created each day. This maillog backups is done automatically since I had my Raq. After I uninstalled Webalizer it stopped doing that.
Currently I only see the maillog being re-freshed each day with new day infos but no more backups takes place.
thanks
