All RaQ models (at least from RaQ2 on; I don't have a RaQ1 to verify)
support SSI.  You need to ensure the "Enable Server Side Includes" box is
checked for the virtual site that wishes to use it.

For RaQ3, that box is on the Site Settings screen for the virtual site,
just below "Enable SSL" and just above "Enable FrontPage Server
Extensions".
