I don't understand. Are you offering 1.54 megabits/second of bandwidth
at that price, or 1.54 megabytes of data transit? There's a big
difference, and people often confuse the two.
If you say I can really have 1.54 mbps of bandwidth for $10 per month I
probably want to get an account; that's a whole T-1 worth of bandwidth,
and it usually costs a bit more than $10/month.

Yes, but level3 isn't giving it away; you do have to pay for it at some
point.
