FormMail.pl version 1.9 is NOT secure; you should either use 1.9s,
available by anonymous ftp from ftp.nobaloney.net, or from other source,

Can you copy and paste the output of:

# ls -al /home/sites/site14/web/cgi-bin/FormMail.pl

for us?

# ls -al /usr/cgiwrap

for us?
