Just what are they offering?  an email account?  full service web page, 
email, ftp, etc ???

Just what do you want to offer?
How much are you willing to pay.  Many big hosting companies have a staff 
of programmers that make things work.
The hosting-biz list has had some info on scripts that others have written.
