well, not exactly, it is unclear to me how to add a user
*the cobalt way*, so that it shows up in the GUI,
so that it has enough quota even if the site
does not allow new/extra/more users.

when I do this my new user appears in the wrong directory,
it should appear under /home/sites/home/users
How do I find out to what group my users should belong?
Where do I change the site-settings through use of the commandline?
I'll be very grateful for any help with this,
people around me are getting nervous...
