Add domain.org, domain2.org, and domain3.org all as email aliases in the
site management section of the gui.

Does there not need to be ownership of these different domains and mx records for them pointing to mail.domain.org?

This is a sendmail specific question; it's best asked in a sendmail
list; you can also find information at "http://www.sendmail.org/";.

Hint: the keyword to look for is 'virtusertable'.

Quick explanation: You'll want lines such as (this is right out of my
own virtusertable):

@nobaloney.com  %1@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

(that's a tab between the two columns, not spaces)

After you change virtusertable you'll need to rehash the database:

# makemap hash /etc/mail/virtusertable < /etc/mail/virtusertable
