Your resolver can't resolve the the name of a client using qpopper
If it is repeatable in your logs, there must be more to the message, read it,
determine which client it is. Have him fix it, or add the client ip name to
/etc/hosts.
If it is not repeatable, it was probably someone, hitting your pop3 port.,
maybe looking for a version that has somekind of an exploit.
