No it's not. See the post I sent just before this one.

I am surprised but that field on the SOA form takes one entry, and has
no option for more that one. I tried to enter a carriage return it
wouldn't take. I can find no other entry for adding an NS record with
the GUI. I remain conviced, for now, that this is wrong -- though I'm
somewhat relieved that it is apparently a mistake in the GUI design on
the XTR, rather than the intention of Sun to force poor practice on
Cobalt RaQ XTR users.

I guess for now I'll add it in by hand after each time I'm done make
changes with the GUI.
