You can use the GUI, or be a macho man and do DNS manually, its much faster 
and not that difficult.

Look at the files in /etc/named and you get a good idea of what a zone file 
should look like.

Add as many nameservers as you like,

But, its usd the GUI or NOT, don't mix!
