Worthless but accurate advice: Hmm... looks like you have a local
configuration error... :)
Ok, now for more useful information: your DNS is correct, the problem is
that sendmail doesn't know that you want it to accept email for that domain.
In the raq interface, click "accept email for domain" for that particular
domain name. If that particular domain doesn't have a record, add it to the
email configuration (on the control panel page) in the "Host/Domain Aliases"
field.
Note, I have a raq3 and I'm really not sure if the interface is exactly the
same. Alternatively, you could skip all that and just add the domain name to
the sendmail.cw file in /etc via telnet/ssh.
