Hi Yah,

All sorted now.

Even after a reboot cron wasn't allowing the cron.hourly to run so after 
checking through the archive found that by restarting cron again from the 
command line resolved the problem.

But concerned that it didn't evoke on the reboot though - mmmhhhh

Anyway I'm now a happy camper - log files all to local NZ time zones
