[cobalt-users] kernel-reiserfs-utils ??

I'm curious as to why "kernel-resierfs-utils" is a part of the RaQ
distributions. I was under the impression that EXT2 (a non-journaling
filesystem at that) was used on all RaQs prior to the 550.

As I mostly use RaQ 4i machines and know very little about the "under the
hood" workings of the XTR, I'm also curious as to how the RAID setup is
handled. What software package (or patches or totally different FS or....)
is used to handle RAID operations.
