Is the above the correct time zone for New Zeland?

I can't get clock.isc.org to respond, are you sure it is working?
I may not have permission to use it.

Clock is running GMT

I don't think it makes any difference, although it is the system time that 
you don't want to jerk around any more than necessary

This should  all work automatically.
I just found out that if I change the ntp server in the GUI and save, I 
always get an error  Could not refresh time from ntp0.cornell.edu

Yet, I can use the CL and rdate -p ntp0.cornell.edu and it works, i wonder if 
one of the updates didn't screw this up. I will look into this and report my 
findings.
