  The sendmail.cf changes are only "part" of the story.  For it to actually 
"work", there must also be a "/usr/local/sbin/poprelayd -d" process running 
that creates the /etc/mail/popip.db file (the db that stores the "legit" pop 
IP's so that sendmail knows to relay for them for the "moment".....

  Suggestion might be to try re-installing the popb4smtp package - or 
un-install then re-install.  Not sure how this could/should be done....

  The sendmail.cf is not "difficult".  Only minor changes there.
