-ERR Overquota copying messages to spool.  Temp drop unchanged (122)

Which is because 11Mb x 2 == 22Mb, over quota for this user.

Is it just me or are Cobalt trying to get us to sell more space on RaQ's
that users need ;)

Seriously though, is there any way to allow the .user1.pop file to be
owned by root, or another user (mail/sendmail, whatever) so that it
doesn't push the users account over quota when it copies the file for
pop collection??

Any thoughts, ideas, hints would be good, as at the moment I don't see a
good solution.
