[cobalt-users] perl/cgi again

Hi alle,

I'm trying too chmod a few file's and directory's but keep getting the
massage that the operation is not permitted this While I'm the admin I'm
doing this with a telnet session but Why can't I do this with a dreamweaver,
cuteftp, or ws-ftp pro It's a little to much to use dreamweaver for the
design a ftp apps to upload and telnet to change the chmod.

Can some one give me a good and simple and normal solution or answer.

I have seen lot's of answers in the knowledge base but they all don't work.
