Maybe you're not a spammer. But ConcordeBuddy.com certainly sells a
tool which looks like it can be used by spammers. And as soon as it is
your netblock is going to become pretty much unusable, so you're going
to have to change upstreams quite often.
To answwer your question, while you can change some settings in Sendmail
to allow it to move more mail, you'd bring the server to it's knees.
The RaQ is NOT designed for use as an email mill. Do yourself and your
ISP a favor and...
1) admit what your product is and what it can do.
2) if you decide to offer your services, admit what you're enabling.
3) find yourself one of those so-called "bullet-proof" hosting
companies, you know, the ones that charge $5000 or so a month, and put a
high-powered server there, where we can all block you.
Meanwhile, note that this is a sendmail topic; I urge you to ask it on a
sendmail list.
Try the mailhelp list Moongroup. If you think you're being torn apart
here, wait until you see how they react.
