Horse Effulent.
I know of at least one instance where spews listed an entire block of
addresses because they are next to the block with what they consider to be
a spammer....and to add insult to injury, the spammer they claim to be in
net block abc isn't there...so the blocking of netblocks abd and abe are
totally off base, since they are not owned/controlled/issued to the same
organization that hosted the spammer.

Don't even attempt to put words in my mouth...I never defended spam nor
did I say SPEWS is not effective...I simply said not only is it Draconian,
but also inaccurate.
