Kamran,

We use WebTrendsLive for our monitoring - Nothing to install other than a small include on each page that you want to track. Depending on the number of sites involved, it's a pretty good option, plus it allows you to set up 'user' accounts to give secure access to your clients to their stats. It also generates nice PDF's if you need, and is Palm accessible.

I think we pay $35/month to monitor 5 sites, then $2 for each additional. If you charge $10/month for tracking it pays for itself and it has zero maintenance. Before this I used the Windows version (doing an automatic download of the site logfiles once a week via ftp) but without fail at least one of the FTP's would freeze and I'd have to manually run the report the next day. No such problems with the live version. I have enough stuff running on my Raq4r that I don't want to have to worry about another piece of software, so it makes good sense for us from both a maintenance and a financial point of view. www.webtrendslive.com
